When you use our website, platform, or scan a PromoSleeve-enabled QR code, we may also collect technical and engagement information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, date and time, approximate location derived from network information, QR or tracking identifier, campaign, product, assigned source or location, and interaction activity.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve our websites, platform, products, and services.
• Create and manage customer accounts and orders.
• Produce, print, fulfill, and ship marketing materials.
• Generate and manage QR codes, tracking links, and campaign identifiers.
• Measure campaign and product engagement and create dashboards and reports.

3. Campaign Tracking and Analytics

PromoSleeve helps businesses track physical marketing materials and campaign activity. Reporting may associate data such as Client → Campaign → Product → QR/Tracking ID → Location or Source → Engagement. This information may be displayed in dashboards, reports, or exports provided to the applicable business client.

A QR scan does not necessarily identify a person by name. Analytics may be affected by device settings, network conditions, browser settings, duplicate interactions, third-party systems, and other technical factors.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and business partners that help us operate our business, including hosting providers, payment processors, CRM and communications providers, analytics providers, QR and redirect technology providers, printers, manufacturers, finishing partners, shipping carriers, logistics providers, and reporting providers.

When we operate a campaign for a client, campaign and engagement information may be made available to that client. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

5. Client Data

When PromoSleeve processes information on behalf of a business client, the client may determine how that information is used. Clients are responsible for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for the information they provide to PromoSleeve.

6. Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may use aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably linked to an identified individual to improve our platform, reporting, products, services, benchmarking, and business operations.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites and platform, maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, improve services, and support security and analytics. You may receive transactional communications related to your account, orders, campaigns, artwork, production, shipping, platform activity, or support. Promotional emails may be sent where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message.

PromoSleeve services are intended primarily for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.
